There is a saying that we had back home (most of us know that Capers have a way with words, right?!), when something was better than the best, more awesome than the most awesome, and more mint than just mint…and that was “Mint, Mint, Peppermint.”  

When I pick my kids up from Fernie Freestyle, there are no bad days. My kids may never be strong tricksters, but I love when they are surrounded by role models…both coaches and athletes…showing them how it’s done and having a ton of fun doing it.  The only thing left to do is to teach them…it wasn’t just awesome…it was mint…no, no…better even, it was mint, mint, peppermint.
