Return Policy


Return Policy for items fulfilled by Van Colden Art are outlined below:

Please note, any item ordered through Van Colden Art but fulfilled by another establishment, will follow the Return Policy of that establishment (i.e. ordered from this website but fulfilled by Art Gallery Kimberley)

For items fulfilled by Van Colden Art:

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your artwork, you have 14 business days from receipt to return it in its original package. There are no refunds issued after 14 days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must insure the artwork for return.

ITEMS ARE NOT ELGIBLE FOR REFUNDS IF:

1.   It is not in its original conditions,

2.   It is damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and/or

3.   Returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We do not guarantee the safe arrival of your returned items and advise to use a shipping service with tracking and/or shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an original painting arrives damaged, contact Van at van@vancoldenart.com immediately. Before opening a package that appears to have been damaged, photograph the damage and send photos to van@vancoldenart.com .

EARRINGS are not eligible for refunds for hypoallergenic reasons. ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE.
